From August 9 through 12, Rutgers alumni and friends will enjoy an exclusive backstage pass into the world-class Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio. Hosted by Terry Stewart ENG’69, ED’69, president and CEO of the Rock Hall and a member of the Rutgers Hall of Distinguished Alumni, this summer’s Alumni College retreat combines concierge travel with custom educational experiences that cannot be found elsewhere. Access to the famed museum is just one feature of the extended weekend, which will include guided cultural tours of Cleveland’s most exciting destinations, intimate classes on pop culture and the entertainment industry taught by Rutgers’ top faculty, and a private after-hours dinner in the museum.
Guests will spend three nights in a luxurious city landmark, the historic Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. Rich in culture and upscale amenities, this lavish resort is located in the heart of the vibrant downtown district.
The trip also includes tours of the most exciting parts of downtown Cleveland, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square, West Side Market, and their world-renowned restaurant district.

The land-only package cost is $1,000 per person (double hotel accommodations) or $1,400 per person (single), which includes three nights’ hotel accommodations at the historic Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, and all meals, group tours and events, educational programs, taxes, and gratuities.
Please note: The land-only cost does not include airfare or airport transfers. All guests are asked to make their own travel arrangements to/from the hotel at the beginning/end of their stay; ground transportation throughout the weekend is included in the land-only cost.
