Happy Day Farm

97 Daum Road
Manalapan Township, New Jersey

Have an aMAZE-ing Rutgers adventure at Happy Day Farm!

Rutgers alumni and friends will be transported on a reserved hay wagon to the farm’s Sugar Shack for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience. Happy Day Farm proprietors Olivia Stockel RBS’04 and Tim Stockel will talk about the process of crafting maple sugar and local honey. Guests will taste the maple sugar processed on the farm and witness a demonstration of extracting honey from a bee hive frame (there will be no bees in the area). Kids will have an opportunity to hand-drill a hole into, and tap, a tree log. A schedule of wagon departure times will be provided on site.

When you’re not sampling the farm’s finest sweets, you and your family can get lost in the farm’s 13-acre Rutgers 250th corn maze, take your picture with the Pumpkin Princess, cheer on the racing pigs, visit the Timmy Town Zoo, play in the corn box and so much more….

The first 25 families to register will receive one free pumpkin, courtesy of Happy Day Farm. Each pre-registered child will receive a candy treat bag. Come dressed for Halloween – prizes will be given to one boy and one girl, age 13 and under, for the scariest and the funniest/most original costume.

For an additional fee, families can participate in a variety of farm activities including, shooting the corn or the pumpkin cannon, jumping pillow horse rides and more! The farm opens at 11 a.m. – come early to make sure you get to experience all of the fun!
