Alumni Leaders Conference

Date: Friday and Saturday, September 12-13 


Location: Rutgers Student Center, Multipurpose Room, 126 College Ave., New Brunswick, NJ 08901. Parking is permitted in Lots 26, 30 & College Avenue Deck.

Big things are happening at Rutgers. As an alumni leader, you serve as a crucial ambassador for the university during this exciting time.

The 2014 Alumni Leaders Conference offers workshops, best practice sessions, and networking opportunities that will empower you to think big and help Rutgers and the Rutgers University Alumni Association (RUAA) grow stronger than ever.

Learn about how the new RUAA Strategic Plan will guide and enhance your efforts as an alumni leader in the coming years.

Big Opportunities
Hear from experts who will offer best practice tips and real-world advice on taking your leadership skills to the next level. Hear student leaders from the Rutgers University Programming Association and their plans and interest to engage with alumni now and after graduation.

Big Networking
Unite with student and university leaders, including Nevin Kessler - President of the Rutgers University Foundation, at a high-powered networking luncheon to discuss the future of the university community and Our Rutgers, Our Future campaign for excellence.

Big Accomplishments
Friday night, celebrate the exemplary achievements of Rutgers’ most dedicated alumni leaders at the Rutgers Excellence in Alumni Leadership Awards ceremony.

Big Game

Gear up for the Rutgers vs. Penn State game at 4:30 p.m Saturday at an exclusive pregame reception at the university’s Visitor Center. Join Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Julie Hermann for this VIP pre-game tailgate at the Visitor Center. Premium tailgate fare, cash bar and live music will be available. Game-day parking information is available here.

Conference Registration
: $60 (includes all conference activities, meals, and awards reception)
Rutgers vs. Penn State Football Game Tickets: $50 (limited number, first-come, first-served; two tickets per registrant) 
VIP Pre-game Tailgate Party at Visitor Center: $25 (includes tailgate fare and cash bar)
