The Alumni House at Rutgers–Camden
We are proud to announce the construction of the first-ever Rutgers University Alumni House at Rutgers, which will be housed in the historic Red Cross Building on the Rutgers–Camden Campus. The $2.5 million Alumni House, already approved by the Rutgers Board of Governors, is situated on Cooper Street, and renovations are expected to be completed in fall 2014.
The Alumni House will be a place for all Rutgers alumni to call home—a place to reunite with friends, former classmates, and professors and, of course, to reminisce about our college days. The Alumni House symbolizes the excellence of our university, the achievements of our outstanding alumni, the aspirations of our exceptional students, and our Rutgers pride.
With the launch of the universitywide Rutgers–Camden Alumni Walk Brick Campaign, we are asking Rutgers alumni and friends to support this initiative
through gifts at any level. Now is the time to show your pride for Rutgers University–Camden!
And what better way to show your pride than to leave your mark on the campus itself? Purchase a personalized, engraved brick as part of our Brick Campaign
, or take advantage of one of the many other naming opportunities available, including the naming of the house, library, spirit rooms, office suites, and other architectural elements.
As we look toward the future and honor the past, the Alumni House will become a natural gathering place where all members of the Rutgers community can share their scarlet spirit for generations to come. Please join us in making this campaign a huge success!
