About the RUAA Alumni Leaders Conference

Annually, the Alumni Leaders Conference brings to campus alumni leaders spanning dozens of clubs, associations, geographies, professions, and interests to communicate, collaborate, brainstorm, and share. The schedule of events offers volunteer leaders a chance to meet with their peers, interact with current Rutgers student leaders, and gain leadership skills to assist them in carrying out their volunteer roles. Participants learn ways to attract and retain new volunteers interested in their organization, explore new ideas on leadership, advance their valuable partnership with the RUAA, and network with university leaders and fellow alumni around their common goals and Rutgers pride.
