Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden 50th Anniversary

The fall of 2023 marks the start of the Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden’s 50th anniversary celebration. Since its founding in 1973, the School of Nursing has been a plentiful source of qualified health care professionals serving the Delaware Valley and beyond. Throughout a half-century, the school has seen large-scale growth in programs offered and national prestige. Exceptional nurses like the 3,000-plus alumni trained in our School of Nursing are arguably more important to our communities than ever before, as nationwide nursing shortages strain the health care systems of our post-pandemic society.
